A wick trimmer is a pair of scissors designed to trim your candle wick to the appropriate length (approximately 5–6mm) before each use.

If the wick is too long, the flame can become too large and produce excess soot, so we recommend trimming it every time before lighting.
The specially designed tray catches wick residue, preventing clippings from falling onto the wax and keeping your candle looking clean.

* Both cotton wicks and wooden wicks can be cut, but please note in advance that very hard or thick wood, or wicks that are too wide, may not be cuttable.
