ShuCODE 5m cut.
It is simply packaged in an OPP bag, wound in a circular shape.

"ShuCODE," a cord that can be used like Mizuhiki, is a new material born from the development of various materials and products.

[Can be used even when immersed in water or liquids]
Regular Mizuhiki is made by applying glue to a paper core and winding Japanese paper or thread around it.

In contrast, ShuCODE's core material is resin (polyethylene), and the winding thread is made from specially processed threads (polyester, nylon, cupra, etc.) used in clothing. This allows it to be immersed in liquids such as water or oil for extended periods, and it can be used without worrying about getting wet.

[Shape retention is possible]
Leveraging its shape retention properties, ShuCODE's ability to maintain its shape, not only in the air but also when immersed in liquids like water or oil, is one of its strengths.

Its strong and durable core makes it suitable for use in outdoor exhibition pieces and daily sundries.
Furthermore, the core does not break (no pre-straightening required), allowing for repeated attempts in creative projects.

Thank you for your continued support of our shop.

On July 30, 2025, the U.S. government issued an executive order eliminating the de minimis exemption, which had previously allowed low-value imported goods to enter the United States duty-free. As a result, customs duties are now applied to parcels containing merchandise shipped to the U.S. as of August 29, 2025. In response to this regulatory change, Japan Post has suspended acceptance of EMS shipments (goods) and other mail items destined for the United States.

We have explored alternative shipping options; however, we have determined that it is not currently feasible to offer our customers a satisfactory service due to the complexity of the required procedures and the significantly higher shipping costs involved.

Therefore, we will be suspending all shipments to the United States until further notice.
We will announce any updates as soon as the situation improves. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
