This is a 17mm round type magnet badge.
It is divided into two parts: the magnet side and the plate that receives it, allowing you to attach it to clothes or bags by sandwiching fabric in between, just like a pin.

On July 30, 2025, the U.S. government issued an executive order eliminating the de minimis exemption, which had previously allowed low-value imported goods to enter the United States duty-free.
