Internet Orders

On the detail page of the product you wish to purchase, enter the required quantity and click the “Add to Cart” button.
※If the item is sold out, you will not be able to add it to your cart.

If you are satisfied with the items you have added to your cart, click the “Proceed to Order” button.
※To remove an item from the cart, click the trash can icon; to change the quantity, click the update icon after entering a numerical value in the quantity field.

If you did not log in beforehand, please log in with your registered e-mail address and password.
If you are not yet a registered member, please use the form below to register your information and log in again.

In STEP 1, you can change the delivery address, specify the delivery time zone, and enter your contact information.
If there are no problems, click the “Continue” button to move on to the next step.

In STEP2, select your payment method.
Also, if you have a coupon code you can use, please enter it here.
If you have points, you can get a discount as 1P = 1 yen by entering the number of points you have used.

Finally, confirm the address, payment method, and delivery method, and if all is in order, press the “Confirm Order” button to complete the order.

Order online 365 days a year 24 hours a day.
Regular business hours are weekdays 9:00am - 4:30pm JST excluding holidays.

Stripe (Credit Card)


Craft Monkey utilizes the secure credit card gateway Stripe. American Express, Mastercard, JCB, and VISA cards are accepted.
Stripe allows the option of saving your credit card data at their secure system. Note that if shipping to a new address, you will be required to re-enter your card information.

※Orders paid by credit card with a subtotal over 300,000 yen are not eligible for points.



Shipping & Delivery

○Delivery Service

For customers in Japan, we ship via Sagawa Express and Seino Express. However, Japan Post may be used in some areas only.


○Delivery Time

Once we've confirmed payment, orders are normally delivered within 2-14 days. (*depending on inventory status) *Orders placed after 2pm (GMT+9) are normally processed the following day.
*We usually confirm payments at 2pm (GMT+9), therefore if your payment is transferred after this time, we will confirm it the following business day.


○Shipping Charges

Shipping is free for orders of 3,000 yen or more (excluding tax), and 600 yen for all other orders nationwide excluding tax. (Excluding Okinawa and remote islands)
Hokkaido shipping costs 1,000 yen excluding tax, and 1,700 yen excluding tax for Okinawa and remote islands.


○About Overseas Shipping

We ship orders to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and internationally by Express Mail Service (EMS), the rates are reasonable and depend on the order weight, size, and delivery address.
EMS shipments are trackable. The shipping cost is calculated during checkout.
Please note: that we do not add tax, but there may be customs fees levied when your order arrives that you are responsible for paying.


Exchanges

Please check the contents of your order upon arrival. If, by chance, there happens to be a problem with your order, we will get it fixed quickly.
For exchanges, returns, and repairs please be sure to contact us by email or telephone so that we are able to rectify the problem as quickly as possible. Please do not send products back to us without first confirming with us.
Unused products may be returned within 14 days of the shipment date. Please contact us first. For returns, there is a restocking fee. There may also be a restocking fee for exchanges, we will advise you of any fees when you contact us.
If the exchange is due to the customer's circumstance, the customer should pay to ship the product back to us. There may be other fees that the customer will be responsible for such as bank transfer fees.
If the exchange is due an error caused by Craft Monkey, we will pay shipping to have the item returned. We will also instruct you how send the product back.
As a general rule, after shipping your order, we cannot cancel it.


Materials

Raw materials, product color, material, weight, etc. are subject to change without notice.
If the above changes do not meet your expectations, we will accept returns only for unused products.
However, we will only accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Please note that the customer is responsible for handling and shipping charges for returns.


Inventory

This site shares inventory with other sites. The inventory system usually provides enough time for us to indicate when products are unavailable, however, depending on the timing of your order, shortages may occur.
If a shortage occurs after you have placed your order.
For customers who have already paid: We will ship the short item as soon as it's available again.
For customers who have not yet paid: We will cancel the short item and email you the new total for the order.
For customers paying by COD: We will cancel the short item and email you the new total for the order.
